The rooms in the hotel were large. Parking on site was provided.

very quiet hotel,we felt like home in that villa ,the rooms are clean and tidy , lounge is very big , it was very good to have a space for BBQ in the villa parking, it is very good comparing to the price, and even it s not on the beach but the location near to dreamland Aqua Park, definitely will go back there.

We were surprised of the new Deluxe villa no. 20 , it is very nice to have that spacious and beautifully furnished villa in Umm Al Quwain with a private car park for that price, our kids enjoyed the private cinema and the swimming pool, thank you very much to the pool bar staff they gave us a very good service. the hotel is much better now after making some changes and renovations.

Nothing could be liked , nothing in the hotel description was right .

It was the worst place I had ever been in my life . the rooms are in avery low standard , the health club was closed , nothing to do ,,,,,,,

Room was spacious with two bathroom in single villa.

Breakfast was far below standard. Should have improved with atleast 2 - 3 menu options. Requested 2 days for cleaning the room, but both days no one came to clean the room. It was really bad about it Interiors were very old fashioned, looks like 5 - 6 years old. Furnitures, tv and music sets, bathrooms etc.

Nothing in deed! It was the first and last time ever! I had a very bad experience and management of the hotel is fully aware of this.

The villa was very dirty, smelled very bad. No head shower in the bathroom. I am sure the blankets, pillows, bed sheets were not in changed from the previous guest. It was also really discusting to enter the kitchen. It was really a one painful night i have so far experience in my life!

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. Bedrooms, wash rooms and living room were spacious, air-conditioning was good and the apartment and amenities were clean.

Kitchen equipment were not complete - no microwave oven, no washing machine on the apartment where we stayed, contrary to what was advertised. Check-out time was supposed to be 2:00 p.m. but we were asked to leave by 12:30 p.m. with only 30-minutes notice - a real hassle.

Spacious

- The receptionist was nice and allow us to have the room before 12 noon,we also asked for BBQ and the lady send us one and she did a follow up call to check if we recieve it.

- Old room - Noisy AC - Dirty glasses and plates - Old fridge,stove and tv - Bad smell in the toilet
